Reuben-Allen College endorses and incorporates Milady is the principle component of our curriculum. Because of our association with Ross the Boss and Co. Salons, Reuben-Allen has access to international fasion and beauty industry leaders.
Our close working relationship with professional companies such as Redken provide the school with a continuous source of fashion trends, new products, and educational information.
Financial Assistance
Reuben-Allen College offers Pell grants, student loans, payment schedules, and a tuition reduction program for outstanding students.
Facilities
Reuben-Allen college uses only the finest products and resources that meet and exceed the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology requirements. The facilities provide spacious interiors divided into a theory room, basic practice area, library. dispensary, locker room, break room and reception area. Abundant free parking is available to students.
Classes
Class size is limited so that we can devote our personal attention to every student. New classes start five times a year. The school closes for three seasonal breaks.

The School - Employment Benefits
The School
Reuben-Allen College, an accredited school of cosmetology, was established in 1985 by Ross the Boss Inc. for the purpose of training future cosmetologists for employment at Ross the Boss & Co.
Reuben-Allen College prepares our students for a career, not just to fulfill the Board requirements for a license. At Reuben-Allen College, our goal is to prepare our students for a successful career in the salon industry. We want our graduates to do more than pass the state license exam, we want them to be "salon ready” from their first day of employment.
Employment Benefits
While our graduates are not guaranteed employment at Ross the Boss & Co., generally about 20-50% of RAC graduates have been chosen to work there. Many of our graduates are recruited by or have found employment with salons such as Bellespazio, Salon Visage, Regis, Natural Alternatives, Salon Azure, and many others.
