Placement
Every RAC graduate who desired to work as a cosmetologist upon graduation has been placed in a cosmetology position.
Graduates are encouraged to work in salons that are the right fit for them and although our parent company R&Co. (Ross the Boss) is the number one employer of our graduates, RTB does not guarantee graduates a position, nor are graduates obligated to work at RTB.
